About Me.
Hi, my name is Amber Chiu! I am a current MSc. Medical Art student at the University of Dundee, expected to graduate in September 2024. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at the University of British Columbia.
I have a particular interest in UI/UX design and gamified educational resources. For my master's dissertation project, I am creating a bespoke Serious Game focused on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), you can view this project here.
I love keeping up with new technology and constantly learning new tools and techniques. I hope to apply these in my work to create innovative and effective designs. My work aims to blend scientific accuracy with engaging design, making complex topics accessible and enjoyable to learn.
